And if by chance they do respond, it usually takes days before I hear back from anyone on their team – which isn’t exactly helpful when you’re dealing with urgent matters like cancellations or refunds (which also take forever).

It doesn’t seem like there are many options available either; no live chat feature so you can talk directly to someone who might be able to help right away nor does Three Day Rule offer phone support. The only way seems to be sending emails via contact forms scattered around various pages on the website – though these don’t always work as intended either since most of mine went unanswered too.

They do have a FAQ page where users can find answers about common topics such as how long membership lasts and what type of information will appear in your profile once approved but this won’t really solve all problems related specifically to individual accounts or situations unique per user basis..
